“My hair and makeup ladies, Leavern and Karen were fabulous! Easygoing, timely, very organised and professional! I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Our make-up was flawless and unique to our liking and the hairdos were fabulous!” Ann
I first met bride to be Ann & her two lovely bridesmaids a few months prior to the wedding day for their make up trials, we had a fun afternoon with lots of giggles, make up talk and wedding chat, the excitement for the upcoming wedding day was clear to see. Ann was thrilled and relieved that as she left there was another tick of the wedding list and the girls could relax in the knowledge that they loved their make up looks for the special day.
The colour scheme for this June wedding was so perfectly put together, I loved the Tea length black bridesmaid dresses with a pop of electric blue shoes and a pop of bright colours in the bouquets.
We had a beautiful, bright big suite for the morning preparations, with lots of space and most importantly plenty of natural daylight beaming in the big windows. The large size of the suites in Lyrath make them the perfect space for the busy wedding morning preparations. On the morning I was working along side lovely hairdresser Leavern of Brides unveiled Carlow.
Ann really was a dream bride, on the morning she was so calm and relaxed and just so excited and happy for the day ahead, she was taking in every moment and most importantly enjoying it all to. Her skin was just beautiful to work on and we decided on a fresh, dewy, bright & flawless foundation finish to her make up without being to heavy. I used a pop of champagne on the eyes mixed with browns to add a smoky eye that really complimented and highlighted her eyes. A pop of colour and off course highlighter on the cheeks and a soft nude on the lips, and Ann was picture perfect and ready for the day ahead.
The wedding ceremony was a personalised intimate jewish ceremony that took place in the perfectly picturesque Lyrath Estate Hotel, in the old house. This is one of my favourite parts of the Estate, I love all the interior detailing and the old world feeling when you enter, the perfect backdrop for a wedding.
As you can see from the photos featured, the wedding day was captured perfectly by Suzanne of Circus Photography, I love all the different emotion and moments captured.
I was absolutely delighted to see this perfect wedding day featured on the real weddings section on the Mrs2be.ie website.
