I am excited to share this pretty December wedding featuring one of my beautiful brides Roisin.
I love the picture below captured during Roisin’s bridal make up application. It sums up the morning lots of giggles, fun, smiles and most importantly a very relaxed, calm bride enjoying every minute of her special day.
I loved creating this bridal make up look for Roisin. It worked perfectly with her overall bridal styling.
During Roisin’s bridal trial we discussed everything from her bridal style, her likes & dislikes to her overall vision for her wedding day. This helped me to create the perfect bridal make up look for Roisin.
The overall look was classic and natural with emphasis being on her eyes. The foundation was kept to a medium coverage with a nice healthy glow that lasted perfectly throughout the day & night. She didn’t want anything to heavy or unnatural looking on the skin. On her cheeks I used soft peach and bronze tones to give a sun kissed glow to the skin with a pop of highlight. Which matched in perfectly to Roisin’s chosen nude lipstick from Charlotte Tilbury. One of my fave luxury lipstick brands.
Onto the eyes, I used champagne & soft gold tones combined with soft browns to create a classic sultry smoky eye with a pop of white on the water line to really open up her eyes. I also applied some light individual lashes to really make the eyes pop. The overall result was perfect and she was an absolute vision of beauty on her wedding day.
All professional images are by the super talented Therese Ahern photography.
I adored the unique real flower crown made for Roisin by her florist Teresa Walsh of Teresa’s wedding Flower designs it was a piece of art and worked perfectly with Roisin’ s hair style. The flowers and bouquets were all stunning and matched perfectly to the styling of the wedding. I can speak highly of Teresa’s service from my own experience as she was also our wedding florist on our wedding day. Her floral designs are so unique and creative.
The four pretty bridesmaids wore beautiful champagne gold dresses, complimented with a lovely ivory fur shawl to keep the December chill at bay.
